The goal of this class is to teach basic, barbell, gymnastics, calisthenics and functional fitness movements, as well as burning body fat, building lean athletic muscle, increasing cardivascular fitness and improving full body strength! 

 

We achieve this by eliminating routine, using a variety of tools, techniques and movements. You will be challenged each and every session, we strive to be FITTER, FASTER, LEANER, & STRONGER. Workouts are scaled to each individuals ability, so regardless of whether you are a beginner, or an elite level athlete, the workout will challenge your abilities equally.
